How does it work in practice?

report is presented in a similar format and you can move easily
between related reports. This allows you to interpret the data quickly,
when needed. Areas covered include:
- Bookings - view bookings and budgets.
- Completion - view details of courses taken by employees
to see who has completed what.
- Progress - view each employee's specific progress
report.
- Yearly reports - view each employee and course competency
on a yearly basis.
Customised
reports
The
reporting customisation facility allows you to design a suite of
reports to meet your specific compliance requirements. By setting
parameters and defining filters you will get tailored results that
can be saved to your favourites and accessed in real time.
All reports can be easily printed
or exported to CSV format and analysed in software such as Microsoft
Excel or your HR database.
